Description of RCE Curitiba-Parana
A transdisciplinary inter-institutional project devoted to promote complementary learning activities capable of providing ’employability’ besides the traditional education for the poorer communities: Education for the Sustainable Development, adapted to tackle and solve some of the most crucial problems of the local poorer communities, by summing up efforts in order to generate effective learning opportunities through the interactions among the students from Higher Education institutions and the elementary school pupils and teachers, plus cooperation among University-industry-government.

To create a task force: fostering ESD and empowering the educators to lead the ‘change’ for a sustainable future.

The mobilization has to start simultaneously in all the universities and flows to the community, generating a ‘cascade effect’ through all the levels of education until the elementary schools and the poorer communities.
